About Dubai Land

Dubailand, a colossal residential development brought to life by Dubai Properties, is a sprawling community that was initially conceived as a grand 2 billion sq. ft. project encompassing diverse residential, commercial, and entertainment components, befitting Dubai's real estate vision.

Presently, Dubailand extends across an impressive 3 million sq. ft. and is segmented into multiple districts, including Dubailand Oasis, Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club, Majan, Layan, FalconCity of Wonders, Al Waha, Living Legends, Tiger Woods, Villanova, and Rukan. As a vibrant city within Dubai, it boasts a diverse range of amenities, such as theme parks, a polo club, hotels, and a wide array of accommodation options.

Dubailand was initiated by Tatweer in October 2003 with an ambitious plan to encompass six themed worlds within residential communities and attractions. Over time, the project transitioned to the stewardship of Dubai Properties Group and evolved into distinct projects, many of which are now recognized by their individual names rather than being considered part of the original Dubailand concept.

Some notable projects are Dubai Motor City, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Sports City, and Mudon. Conveniently located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Dubailand's various sub-communities are at different stages of development and maturity, making it one of Dubai's most sought-after and popular areas.
