يعتبر المطبخ المغربي منذ القدم من أكثر المطابخ تنوعا في العالم.و السبب يرجع إلى تفاعل المغرب مع العالم الخارجي منذ قرون.المطبخ المغربي هي مزيج من المطبخ الأمازيغي والعربي، مغاربي، شرق أوسطي، البحر الأبيض المتوسط وأفريقيا. الطهاه في المطبخ المغربي على مر القرون في كل من فاس ،مكناس ،مراكش ،الرباط وتطوان هم من خلق الأساس لما يعرف المطبخ المغربي اليوم، كما أن المطبخ المغربي يعتبر الأول عربيا وأفريقيا، والثاني عالميا بعد فرنسا.
