  • The mosque of Sheikh Zayed is located in Abu Dhabi, but if you are in Dubai, don’t let that stop you from going. It is 150 Km away and really worth visiting. You can take a taxi or a bus for 90 minutes, and you’ll be there. It is also a great chance to have Abu Dhabi city tour.
  • Have breakfast before you go visiting the mosque. The area around the mosques is not really walkable. Large distance between everything and you may go for miles just to get coffee. So, have your coffee before you go.
  • This religious attraction is completely free to enter.
  • Better to be visited on the weekend to avoid crowds, but the mosque is spacious enough compared to the size of its visitors means it rarely gets crowded.
  • Mosques open every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM for visitors except for Fridays it opens from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • Visitor’s timings are different in Ramadan month. It opens from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and closed on Fridays.
